The MISSION of Summit Outreach Services (SOS), a 501c3 non-profit, is to facilitate opportunities for safe, affordable housing, supportive services, and meaningful connections to low income individuals and families in Kitsap County.
The VISION of Summit Outreach Services, in partnership with our community, is a future where everyone in Kitsap County has access to safe, affordable housing, healthy food, and support services as a basic human right and that all people are treated with dignity and respect as part of a connected community.
